Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Lawn Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the health and appearance of our clients' lawns and landscapes. Your primary duties will include mowing, trimming, edging, and general lawn care.

Responsibilities:

- Perform routine lawn maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing.

- Operate and maintain lawn care equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and blowers.

- Prune shrubs and small trees to promote healthy growth and maintain aesthetic appeal.

- Monitor and report any issues related to pests, diseases, or irrigation systems.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the proper storage and care of equipment.

- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients.

- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in lawn maintenance or landscaping preferred.

- Knowledge of lawn care techniques.

- Ability to operate and maintain lawn care equipment.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Physical ability to perform outdoor tasks in various weather conditions.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
